About

We believe the most sustainable construction is the one already built.

That is why CARE is proud to help extend the service life of existing buildings as a practical act of sustainability.

CARE is a specialist concrete and corrosion rehabilitation contractor delivering practical, site-based services for repair, remediation and construction projects. We support builders, remedial contractors and specialist subcontractors with concrete scanning, coring, cutting, surface preparation and repair works, delivered with technical understanding and disciplined execution.

Safe, compliant and efficient delivery sits at the core of our service. Our in-house QA system supports consistency, traceability and accountability, while our commitment to safety shapes our culture, guides our operations and underpins every project we deliver.

CARE provides credible, hands-on field capability for projects where technical clarity, quality assurance and reliable execution matter.

Safety & Compliance

Safety is not a document. It is how we operate.

CARE is committed to complying with all applicable NSW safety requirements for silica-generating works. For concrete cutting, coring, grinding and surface preparation, that means a disciplined approach to risk assessment, silica control measures, engineering controls, respiratory protection, worker training, air monitoring where required, health monitoring where applicable, and site housekeeping.

We believe safety and compliance must be built into the job from the outset, not added after the work starts.

SWMS & Risk Management

Safe Work Method Statements prepared for every scope, reviewed before work begins and updated as conditions change.

Licences & Certifications

All personnel hold current White Cards, relevant High Risk Work Licences and trade certifications required for the works.

Insurances & Documentation

Current public liability, workers compensation, and professional indemnity insurances maintained and available on request.

Technology & Communication

Clear reporting. Real-time visibility.

CARE uses practical technology to support clear communication, accurate reporting and efficient project delivery. From digital documentation through to site progress updates, our systems are designed to keep all stakeholders informed.

Digital ITP System

In-house quality assurance documentation system for consistent, traceable inspection records across every project.

Progress Reporting

Regular photo and written progress reports to keep builders, engineers and project managers informed on site status.

GPR Scanning Technology

Ground penetrating radar for accurate location of reinforcement, post-tension cables and embedded services before cutting or coring.

What is an ITP?

The quality record that supports confidence in the completed work.

An Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) is a structured quality assurance document that records the inspection and verification requirements for each stage of the concrete repair process, from substrate preparation through to final application. It provides documented evidence of the works completed, the timing of those activities, and the acceptance criteria against which the works were assessed.

CARE supports this process through an in-house quality assurance system developed to manage inspection records, verification checkpoints, material conformance and close-out documentation across repair works. This allows the ITP process to be implemented in a consistent, traceable and project-specific manner.

A well-managed ITP supports quality assurance, traceability and consistency across the works. It provides a clear record for review, supports engineer and builder sign-off, and contributes to an orderly and well-documented project close-out.

Surface preparation records

Documented evidence of substrate condition prior to repair. Essential for warranty and liability.

Material conformance

Product data sheets and batch records confirming the materials used match the specification.

Application inspection checkpoints

Hold points and witness points at critical stages, signed off by the responsible party.

Final sign-off documentation

Completed ITP handed to the builder at job close. Ready for the engineer's review and project file.
